All patients are encouraged to call our office with any questions they may have related to medical problems. Our office staff is trained to answer your questions. They are also happy to convey your concerns to the doctor.  Calls will be returned or otherwise answered at the earliest opportunity. The best time to call the office is mornings between 8AM and noon, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Please consult your insurance company and/or your provider directory to confirm that we participate with your plan. In most cases there is an 800 telephone number on your insurance card. If we do not participate with your plan or if we are considered "out of network" we are happy to provide care for you. We will also assist you with the information necessary to file your claim with the insurance company.

Please bring your insurance card and ID with you when you visit our offices.
